Interview
They ask about your teaching plan and how you'll implement it. Also ask about previous experience and qualifications (degree in child development for example). You'll also need to talk about how you handle behavioral issues that come up.
The interview process was quick, and they were very kind and open to listening to my ideas. I arrived, and they were ready on time for me. The process afterwards was nice as well; they had me observe classrooms to see which I enjoyed most.

Interview
You will meet the director of the center, be ready to discuss your educational background, certifications (like CPR, First Aid, or a CDA - Child Development Associate credential), and any relevant experience. Have copies of your resume, references, and any licenses or certifications handy. Get a tour of the center as well as meeting the other teachers.

Expect questions about why you chose a career in early childhood education and what you find most rewarding about the work.
Interview was in person and lasted about 20 minutes comprising of background, experience, and situational interview questions. Interview was with assistance director and director of the center. Tour of the center was given following the interview.
