Interview process was vague, they couldnt give you a straight answer. It was a phone call, and then a zoom call with the director. Asking about the benefits thwy offered was really difficult to understand, and couldnt get them to explain it in better detail. They just sidnt seem like they like others.

Got an email from indeed after applying for the position. I had an 1 hour interview with director.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
