KindHealth Full Stack Developer interview questions

For their engineering roles, KindHealth's interview process involves: 1. Applying 2. Phone Screening - general background questions 3. Take-home technical challenge 4. Present challenge solution (and portfolio) to CTO/engineering team 5. Culture-fit conversation with CEO, COO, & CTO - typical personality questions 6. Offer The entire process took about 3 weeks, and KindHealth's entire team was quite professional and responsive throughout. The offered benefits were fairly generous - competitive salary, 401k w/matching, 100% medical/dental/vision/life, unlimited PTO & flexibility to work remote when desired. Although I ultimately accepted another firm's offer, KindHealth seems like a great company with a solid leadership team genuinely concerned with fostering a positive, employee-centric workplace. Can certainly recommend!
