The first round was a phone interview with the recruiter. Then a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The final round was a 3-hour onsite interview with the team including behavioral questions and a whiteboard design exercise.

Interview
I had 2 interviews with this company.
1st interview- 30 mins. phone screening with the recruiter asking me about my background and interest.
2nd interview- 30 mins. with a VP of Experience Design
I did a portfolio presentation that lasted 20 mins. and the last 10 mins were to ask questions.
I received a rejection email 1 week from my 2nd interview. I also think the salary scale is lower compare to other companies.
