Focus on technical and real practice, interview session very casual, no stress about anything. But they dont have a high budget for hiring you definitely getting lowballed even if your qualifications is on the roof. Nevertheless its their company if you not feel appreciated enough then find one until you satisfied.

Punctual, friendly working environment and good colleague.. overall process during the interview is smooth. Manager is very outgoing person during the interview session. Construction industry high risk and high stress working environment. Hard to adapt
