Interview
The interview process involved a phone interview with HR followed by an in person group and individual interview. The in person interview was followed by lunch with young professionals at the firm/office.
1. Phone interview with HR reps to discuss qualifications and prior experience.
2. Virtual interview with team members to discuss full position as well as skills, experience, and education that were relevant to position.

Sat with a panel of people from the team, each with different levels/years of experience. Mainly spoke about things on resume and connecting it to the position. HR set up the interview

Screening w/ HR then if they find a team that matches your interests they’ll schedule a 3 part panel interview with the prospective team. Straight forward. Definitely helps to meet staff members through networking.
