Phone Interview with a panel of 3 staff members, fairly relaxed. I was applying for an internship in Sarasota florida with the landscape architecture department. Overall it was a fairly average phone interview, nothing unexpected or unconventional for an internship interview.

What qualities do you posses that sets you apart from other applicants?
It was fine and good I talked to many different people over teams and they were all very nice. They told me about their positions and then asked me to tell them about myself.
Simple, easy, quick phone call to start with to get to know each other and ask questions. It only took 30 minutes or less. After the phone call, they only reach out if they want you because otherwise you have to contact them to hear back.

Interview
Very in-depth and long interview, was about three hours but was enjoyable, Multiple different groups asking different groupings of questions ranging form technical to personality to achievements and future goals.
