They took our resumes at the job fair and selected about 25 to interview. A month after the job fair, the 25 of us were brought together for an info-session where they gave us their pitch on the company. The next morning I had a 1-on-1 interview with a recruiter. A week or so later, I phone interviewed with the office in the area I chose. The next day I got an offer and accepted.

Know your resume. Most of the questions you'll be asked are about any previous work experience you've had. Be prepared to explain what you did at these jobs.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.

Initial phone call interview with a recruiter. It was a short phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. They asked about my background, some specific questions about items in my resume, and asked if I had any questions at the end.
