Interview
The interview was first with an individual person sent to my university. I did well but it didn't seem to matter because the next step was a lunch style group interview where only 1-2 out of about 100 would be chosen. I opted not to go to that and took another opportunity I had.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.

Initial phone call interview with a recruiter. It was a short phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. They asked about my background, some specific questions about items in my resume, and asked if I had any questions at the end.
