Interview
I was noticed through a LinkedIn recruiter and then called by HR. HR is very busy and it takes time for them to get back if you do not answer their call. Probably took about a week to set up an interview. I had the interview with three different PE's and was taken to lunch by other EI's where you can ask them anything you want. Then probably 2-3 days later after the interview, I received an offer.

Interview
The interview process was well-organized and professional. Communication with the recruiting team was clear and timely, and scheduling was straightforward. The interview itself was conversational and focused on both technical experience and overall fit with the team.
Interviewers were approachable and gave a good overview of the role, expectations, and company culture. The process felt structured without being overly rigid, and there was an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the team.

Interview
They reached out to me during college and set up a phone interview. Asked basic interview questions and were very responsive when it came to my questions. However, they wanted me for a civil position, and I wanted to purse structural so the process for me didn't progress.
Started with a phone Interview with the HR department and then it moves onto an interview with the location that it gets narrowed down to. They have locations all over.
