First they do temp to hire. In order to temp there, you have to interview to see if they will accept you as a temp - this was a couple hour process. While temping then there are several more interviews with key personal.

Easy peasy. Basic interview questions. Did not ask any scenario questions, wanted to know my background and what I would bring to the table to help them. Had 2 interviews, one by phone and one in person.
