Interview
The interview was a 30 minute zoom call interview with a HR person and an IP paralegal. There were a series of questions which were basic interview questions. If successful, there would have been an in person interview for a full day in their office.

Give us a time when things went wrong and how did you act on this.
A few weeks after completing the application form, I was invited to a zoom interview with a member of the HR team. This was quite informal and more about getting to know me. Following this, I was invited to a second stage interview and a written assessment. The written assessment was an e-tray-type exercise and the interview was mainly competency-based.
