I had two short phone interviews where I was asked about my qualifications, and they explained the job role and the next steps in the process. I was then given an interview date, which included a trial where they observed how I interacted with the children. After the trial, I had a formal interview with the manager.

The interview process was smooth, professional, and engaging. From the initial communication to the final interview, the team was clear about expectations and timelines. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing me to showcase my skills while also learning about the role and company culture. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout, creating a positive and supportive experience.
Managment were very welcoming and informative. Took time and made notes on what I can offer, my strength and my intentions on why I am suitable for the role. Discussed with the management on different scenarios and how I as a practitioner will deal with it. Discussed my availability and what hours and support that I can offer to help both the Nusery setting and me.
