I ended up coming in to interview twice - once for litigation and once for corporate. But, generally the interview is a one-and-done type of situation, no second rounds or anything. I met with the current paralegals, a few of the senior attorneys, and the recruiter. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to talk to, which made the interview process really easy and comfortable. I would recommend this firm to anyone because they seem to genuinely care about their employees.
