Khaos Control interview questions

Quite informal but very structured. First interview was asking me about experience and myself, second interview was a personality test with focused questions I guess to establish how i would fit into the company

Process was made up of 3 parts for the first interview and 2 parts for the second. 1st interview: 15min aptitude test, 1-2-1 conversation based interview and then a practical (working through problems on computer. 2nd interview: Values interview where personality and suitability are assessed followed by a set of questions posed by the MD.
