Having a solid history of autmotive knowledge will be helpful. Understand that this companies inventory covers all segments of the automotive afternmarket. I would highly suggest that indivdiuals in this role would need to have a basic and fundemental knowledge of most areas present within an automobile.

Great interview process. Want strictly just about business, also wanted to know a little of the personal side. Felt like a person not a number. Straight forward will some tricky questions added in.
