Interview
1) They give you a psychology test to measure your personal attributes
2) You interview with a few members of the team
3) You interview with the founder & CEO and he just chats with you
4) You interview with the whole company in a giant boardroom.
5) You have to be a unanimous "yes" to get an offer.
