I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keyence (Vienna) in Apr 2025
Interview
Had an initial interview with a HR representative, covering my background and my interest in the position. Then also had a short non-sales role play.
After the interview process, was given two online testes. 1: Mechanical Comprehension Test and 2. Personality Test. After I had completed that and everything was reviewed, I was invited to Vienna for the next stage of interviews.
In Vienna I was interviewed by the same HR Rep and one of their Senior Managers. The interview followed similarly to the first. However, this time included a sales related role play. After a positive conversation I was invited to speak with the Regional manager later in the afternoon covering some basic questions related to my experience and interest in the position.
