L'iter di selezione si compone di 4 fasi principali; 1. Recruiting day, colloquio conoscitivo. 2. Colloquio con HR giapponese in lingua inglese 3. Colloquio con 2 manager italiani (roleplay, conoscitivo. Viene valutata a mio avviso la capacità di reazione). 4. Colloquio in presenza con amministratore delegato nella sede principale di Milano, in lingua inglese. Oltre ai colloqui, viene richiesto di svolgere un test logico matematico, un test psicoattitudinale ed un mini questionario prima del colloquio in presenza. Azienda molto dinamica composta da personale competente e molto educato.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
