Very intense interview process involving IQ tests, role playing, and general behavioral questions. If you make it to the last round they bring you up to Chicago for the in-person role play interview portion. They also go over the company in depth as well as the product lines.
Did a virtual interview and then flew out to Chicago to interview with sales directors. The interviews were fun, and I was offered the job in the next few weeks. Be open to working under structure, hitting process metrics, and show an ability to work hard and be coachable.

Had to do online equations interview and record answers that were sent in and reviewed. Then I flew in and did in person interview in Chicago where there was a product presentation. I then had to do a third interview for personality traits.
