Very impersonal and felt like just one big weed-out process. Lures in young grads with a big paycheck but doesn't seem to have any real connections with hiring. After some research I found that that was true and they like to hire machines, burn them out, and replace them.

Interview
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
