Gruelling and lengthy interview process. First stage are physics and mechanical style questions, the second stage is an online assessment centre with other candidates, in which you have an allocated time for a competency-based interview where you have to do a sales pitch. Then there's an aptitude test with numerical style questions. Finally, the last interview where the majority of the same questions are repeated. Was an awful experience, was the only woman in the initial assessment centre which I thought was odd. Felt very pleased to have got to the final stage, only to meet two of the managers who I felt instantly looked at me and said no as soon as they saw I was a girl. Never even got any feedback or a message to say that they weren't going to hire me. Awful, disrespectful and sexist company - don't waste your time.
