Interview
I initially met a Keyence recruiter at a career fair and had an interview with them the next day on campus with someone from HR. Right after the first round of interviews they had me take a technical test and a personality test. After that within a few weeks they invited me to a 2nd round interview day in Chicago that consisted of a company presentation, sales role-play, and a one on one interview with Sales Directors

Interview
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
