I applied to Keyence online and got an email within a couple days saying they wanted me to do a webcam interview. I did my absolute best in this interview but it was absolutely ridiculous! I had to sell a given product to the recruiter and when I finished, he told me all the things I could have done differently. It was very confusing and I didn't understand what he meant.
I then got asked the doozy! How many dentist offices are in the US and explain your thinking. Bam, you are on the spot. I tried my best to guess and explain my reasoning but I was way off! To this day I still can't believe he asked me the question. Even when I explained it to him he said I wasn't explaining it clearly enough.
This was by far the hardest and most confusing interview I have ever had!

Erst Telefoninterview kurz, ann Online Meeting mit anderen Bewerbern und anschließendem Kurzinterview mit HR. Danach bekam ich per Email eine Absage, etwas intransparent, wie es zur Entscheidung kommt. Fragen waren relativ leicht zu beantworten, Motivation, was könnte herausfordernd sein etc.

Dopo una presentazione dettagliata dell'azienda tramite video e risposte alle domande in chat, ognuno ha la possibilità di fare un quick talk di 10 minuti in cui ci si deve presentare brevemente, raccontare il progetto universitario di cui si va più fieri, raccontare hobby e passioni nel tempo libero e infine una figura di riferimento in ambito familiare.
