It was very long and drawn out but intense the whole way through. A few phone interviews, couple online questionnaires and then the career day. Career day is product demo, sell me this pen, resume review and company presentation.

Lots of steps that are probably designed to weed out the people who don't care enough. Video interview with no one on the other side, physics test that has to be passed, multiple other interview steps and an in person interview at headquarters.
