The interview process consisted of a video recording of myself, then taking a personality assessment and basic mechanical understanding assessment, then an in person interview. During the in person interivew, I was told I needed to do a sales presentation of a product which they chose. When I got to the interview, they told me it was not a sales presentation, but actually teaching someone who already bought the product about how it works.
