I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Just as everyone else had said. Contacted by a recruiter internally and then given a very simple Benet Test. Moved on to the Video interview and was asked the same 5 questions as the previous reviewers stated. Moved on to the personality test and said I would be contacted 5-10 business once I moved on from that step. Well... I was not contacted after two weeks, so I followed up with an e-mail and no response. A week after that I called and was told my video interview had not been reviewed yet. A half a week later I received a basic e-mail saying they did not choose me. Not exactly sure what they are looking for as my wife received an in person interview and she has an Enterprise background with zero technical experience (she declined the interview because they took too long and she wouldn't be able to give her employer a 2 week notice) and I have a technical background with sales experience (outside sales, not B2B). Overall unfortunate that they take such a long time with their process.

Question 1
What places did you pick as your options to move to?
Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and to sell them a product I use everyday. They also asked for a time I showed dedication to achieve a goal.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
