KeyStaff interview questions

They scheduled a phone interview with me and sent me reminders around 3 times and also a few hour prior the appointment time. But they actually never called me for the interview which I found very unprofessional and rude. I didn't received any explanation or apology either. I checked multiple time to ensure provided phone number was correct as well as date and time.
