I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KeyPoint Government Solutions (Warren, MI) in Jun 2016
Interview
I did an initial phone interview which did not go well at all. The interviewer had a quite thick accent which made it very difficult for me to understand, so constantly I had to politely ask to repeat the question. Since the conversation was being recorded, the interviewer was also on speakerphone, possibly expanding the miscommunication we had over the grudging 30 min phone conversation. Most of the questions were very simple, of course it isn't the interviewer's fault for me not understanding, but I believe the process would've went better with a native speaker.
