I was called by the Colorado Mortgage Manager. He continued to change the time and when I arrived he had me wait in the lobby for a very long time. I interviewed with him for about 30 minutes on the phone and then in the office where he was conducting many interviews it seemed one after another. I thought it was a good fit from the job description, however, when I got to the interview he started telling me that I basically could not accept referrals from any outside source and they would be put at the back of the line. He said they outsourced all of their processing to PHH and they were not very good at communicating. I feel that a LO has a job to do and that is to close loans. He made it seem like it would take a long time to close loans and I am just not in a position to let loans go because they can't get it together. Not very professional setting or dealing with this manager. He didn't even give a call back or email. Nothing. If you are looking for a professional atmosphere.... this is probably not the job for you. Also, if you like to close loans in a timely manner and you actually do get referrals... this is not the job for you. I hope this helps!!
