The interview lasted about 2 hours and I was asked to speak with the Managing Partner and Senior Recruiter during the process. I found the questions to be very good and I really had to think about my answers. I appreciated their candor and willingness to share their processes and current work load. I was very impressed and look forward to further discussions.
