I got on a zoom call and another candidate was on the call - the other candidate interviewed first while I waited for 15 minutes and then mine started. The interviewer was very kind and personable, but it became clear there wouldn't be a fit. I was told the role involved going door to door to sell a phone plan I couldn't find any public information about. Something definitely felt off.

Interview
The hiring manager was nice and sounded passionate about the company. Their interview process felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person and made sure my goals aligned with theirs. Everything was thorough and well explained. It seems like their employees were in a positive environment and seemed like they care and enjoy what they do. It just wasn't what I was looking for. Besides that their office was very welcoming and accommodating

The interview was unprofessional. The company seems unexperienced. It was an overall weird experience. Seems like a scam. I do not recommend interviewing for this company. The work hours are extreme.
