I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Keros Therapeutics
Interview
I applied early this morning for a position that was posted for a few days. Prior to 9 am, I received a turndown letter letting me know that there were many qualified applicants and Keros had decided to move ahead with another candidate who they feel is a better match for this position. Clearly, I was not considered for this position which I was more than qualified for. Removing postings rather than sending immediate turn down letters to qualified candidates would be appreciated by many qualified applicants who take their time to consider the opportunity and apply.
I applied online. I interviewed at Keros Therapeutics (Lexington, MA) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The interviewer asked about my previous research experience, technical skills, and how they aligned with the job responsibilities. It felt conversational and low-pressure overall.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keros Therapeutics (Lexington, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The process was smooth with the HR coordinating everything from scheduling the first HR call followed by manager interview and then one with the team. The last call would be done by HR for salary negotiation and followed by the offer.
