Interviewed with HR, then with a team of members and finally the CPO and VP of Fundrasing. Then had an additional call with another DRO. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks.

Interview
There was a screening interview, a panel interview with several employees in the department, and an interview with two director level employees. All were conducted virtually. I didn't get far enough in the process to be asked for references.

They asked about my experience processing a variety of different complex transaction types.
Recruiter interview from Market Enginuity first was very professional but typical questions. Then you meet with the manager from same company that manages sales staff. After that I met with the Station VP that actually works at the station but employed by Market Enginuity.
