Interview
After 2 phone interviews I was invited into their NYC office for a series of interviews. Met with two of the founders of the company. Very transparent and forthright about the state of the company and the nature of the position. They were interested in the type of person I am and why I am interested in digital media. Could tell it is a character driven company.
2 rounds - 1st round hiring manager - basic resume deep dive, asked about experiece with tech stack , 2nd with wider team - data case study, couple SQL questions.
