It was a very smooth and positive interview process. They were open to questions and all people had a welcoming attitude. I was impressed with the culture and the encouragement towards continuing education.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kephart (Denver, CO) in Sep 2016
Interview
I interviewed with a new principle that had no interview etiquette. First question was about my background in project management and BIM management. Second question was how much is my salary requirements. From my experience, this is a red flag and means they are trying to recruit some affordable low qualified talent. This means if you give them the low ball number they are looking for they will offer you an in person interview. This is how I screen the seasoned firms that are willing to listen to the value and experience you can bring to the table vs. the firms that are just looking for affordable low level employees.

Tell me about your experience in the position you applied for.
What are your salary requirements?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kephart (Denver, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
Basically sat with a handfull of people, with different ranges in experience within the company and overall experience. The interview went well, it was open to free discussion to allow me to explain my experience and get a better understanding of who I am. They explained the details of what the office would be like but not too much of the work and role that I would be involved in. Overall pleasant experience.
