Interview
Group Discussion, followed by an in-depth interview. The interview was more focused on behavioural questions and less technical expertise. They tried to get to know me as a person. Asked me a lot of situational cases as well. There were some questions related to my previous job experience.
Only cv based questions and hr questions were asked. 30 minutes interview. Explained all the project and some related questions in detail with challenges faced in each project. Pretty easy.

Me postulé en la página pero pasaron 2 semanas para ser contactada por el reclutador quien me entrevistó por Teams en menos de 10 minutos. Posteriormente me entrevistó la manager de equipo y la experiencia no fue muy agradable ya que fue muy altanera y además, no habia siquiera visto mi cv por lo que no tenia idea de mis antecedentes académicos ni laborales. Cabe mencionar que un día antes de la entrevista con la manager me mandaron un caso práctico para presentar en entrevista, mismo que estaba incompleto.
