I interviewed at Kentucky Trailer (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Email exchange followed by phone screen and in-person interview at the facility. Interviewers were late, had to wait past scheduled time. Panel interview with entire hr team. They were clear afterward about being notified by the end of the week of an offer or no offer. Received no contact from KT, not even an automated rejection email. The candidate experience was below average and did not meet expectations of professionalism.

Sit down with a few people from management , see around the shop. They ask you basic questions ranging from what experience do you have with welding and air/power tools, to can you read a tape measure. All in all its a basic and pretty straight forward interview process. No frills.
