I applied through university. I interviewed at Kenrich Group (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
I met the recruiter at a career fair, then had two phone interviews afterward. I was asked about the experience on my resume, and then given general questions about my interests in what their company does, why I want to join them, etc. Lastly there was a bit of a fun logic question which I assume was to see how you think/approach a challenge.
Behavioral Questions - pretty basic, laid back conversation with entry-level employee. Was asked why I wanted to do litigation consulting (real interest is in strategy consulting so answer was somewhat faked) but then interviewer basically said she had no idea what Kenrich did until she got there (I was confused at this)

Question 1
Why Kenrich / litigation consulting? Why you feel qualified to succeed in the role? Time you faced a challenge and overcame it?
Long 3.5 hour interview, but it was conducted wonderfully and they were all super welcoming! Some tests and some interviews. Each slot was 15-45 minutes and you get to meet almost everyone in the office which is super nice.
