Arranged interview via email. This was a face to face interview with two of the team in a quiet meeting room. One of the most casual and relaxed interview experiences I've ever had over the last 15 years. They were lovely and so friendly and there was absolutely no pressure or difficult questions to answer. They seem to mainly want people who will fit the team and the business. I can't remember actually answering a single standard interview question. It was mainly a very informal chat about the business, role, and the couple of questions from reviewing your CV. I felt welcomed instantly by the company
