Very disorganized process. They leave you hanging in the process, no one gets back to you except when you follow up, even after doing well at 2 different interview stages, then they get radio silent despite them giving you a very clear permission to follow up with them. Second interview was with 2 senior directors who seemed to know their own work, but did ask some very basic marketing questions when they did not know much about marketing. There was no one who could vet if I knew how to actually do my job. Finally despite the process going well, the recruiter not answering back at all when he clearly gave the full permission to follow up (instead of him following up with me by courtesy when I had spoken to at least 4 people at that company) gave me a clear indication of how the company is - I did not want to work there anymore even if someone eventually got back to me.
