I was called to come in for an interview as I was referred by a friend. I met with the managing attorney and supervising paralegal. After that, we negotiated the best working relationship that met both the firm and my own needs.

The hiring process for me did not consist of the usual process. The firm's owner and I left another firm to start Kelly Law Team. The firm's owner and myself had a multitude of interviews and discussions about job expectations and requirements.
