Interview
The interviewer didn't really ask questions except for "Why do you want to work from home?"
He started asking if I could work on a weekend day, what the pay will be, and questions like that. When he asked if I had any Apple product experiences, I said no and the interview pretty much was over. He said "The job will consist of helping people with technical issues with Apple products." The job description says "Experience with mobile devices (mp3 players, tablets, smartphones)" and throughout the application process, there was no mention of "mandatory Apple product knowledge." But apparently you HAVE to have it in order to get the job.
