Interview process was really easy if you have any retail or technical experience. I was asked very simple questions . I was asked to role play a situation where a customer was being unreasonable.

Interview was very laid back. Questions were simple tech questions and the process went fairly quickly. Was offered the job immediately after. Interviewer was kind and explained everything clearly which made the interview comfortable.
