Very cludgy; no one knew how to get the process going smoothly. I felt like I was drving the whole thing, including the job offer (when I already knew from an inside source I had been offered the position, it took them nearly a week to offer it to me directly).

Interview process was as per usual, normal and asked expected questions. As the requirements for the position were not as high, a lot of it was based on hours and scheduling.

We had to take written and practical simulation of the work environment.the written included maths , ,English and aptitude question which are very easy. The practical goes for 30 to 45 min.
