I was extremely nervous due to this being my first work-from-home job. Interview pretty easy. I felt comfortable throughout the interview. Interview questions were fairly easy asked about customer service skills as well as step by step how to do like moving app and things like that.

Given a difficult customer how should you respond?
Easy, thorough. The interview lasted about 30 Minutes. They asked about my employment history. They also asked what payroll systems I am familiar with and which ones I have used. We also talked about benefits management.

What’s the hardest situation you came across at work and how did you deal with ut
Not good at all so far. Rude and fast paced. Omg this is so long. I am only typing this because the dang google is making me type okay. It has to be 30 words thirty words thirty words.
