The excellent and friendly interview process. Had a telephonic first and then in person next. Been on time for the interview. The interviewer explained about company and role. She made interview look easy and friendly going.

Tell me about your experience in handling a tough challenge.
Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
