Quick process! It took only a week to hear back. My initial round was a phone interview and she was really nice. My sit down interview had a person or advocate with me to interview with 3 other people at the location.

Interview
During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

How did you hear about our company and why do you think you would be a great fit if hired.
I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.
