I applied online. I interviewed at Kelly (Pittston, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was very easy. For me, it entailed an impersonal sit-down with a representative. She asked very basic, no-brainer questions and confirmed my education background. She then explained the background check process that was required. After that, I went in for an informal presentation. There, they explain how their systems work, company rules, and basic rules to abide by. In all, very straight forward.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kelly (Addison, IL) in Sep 2025
Interview
The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.
Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
