Interview
Very simple interviews, they will hire just about anyone. You will be asked to state who referred you for the profit sharing arrangement. The interview is more for you to decide if you want to use KW as your brokerage.
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
